All our enclosures are designed around your individual needs. We will discuss with you the best solution for each product. This will include the number of windows and the configuration, whether they are removable or fixed, roll up/down. There are options for leather grab patches, cut-outs and flaps for mooring cleats and Davits.
There are different cloth and thread options we offer for these products, and these can be discussed as part of the quoting process
Mesh Sides
With the summers getting warmer and hotter, Soltis 86 mesh blinds are a great addition to keep the saloon and cockpit areas cool on the boat. Whether it’s a Yacht or Motorboat, they all work the same, the Soltis 86 mesh reduces the amount of UV, Sun and heat that can come through the glass windows, cooling down the internal areas of the boat. The mesh panels are patterned to fit the windows and can be either popper-ed on the inside or outside, depending on your preference or design needs.
For mesh sides, we can make a replica of the required panels in your enclosure so that they are interchangeable between your existing zip panels. Making the forward-facing side doors and aft door in mesh will mean that it will cool the area down by allowing an air flow but keeping the sun out.
Privacy is needed when you’re in a busy marina, and these mesh blinds and sides give just that. You will be able to see through the mesh panels, but as people walk past, it will cut down on their vision through or into the boat, giving you some privacy whilst eating/entertaining or having an afternoon nap in the cockpit!
