The specification for the designs has been created by the highly experienced team at Sunstorm Sails to incorporate all the essential elements of a cruising sale, coupled with the ‘nice to have’ options that the team would want on their own sails.
We offer a range of Standard sized Asymmetric sails and we assure you that there will be a size to fit your boat. Just because it’s a standard size it does not mean that it is a compromise as depending on how you intend to fly the sail there are a lot of variations in luff and foot length from your original boats sail plan. Are you flying it form the stem head, a fixed and retractable pole all these will alter your base sail plan so we can choose a sail that will fit your rig.
Budget is always important and Asymmetrics on most peoples boat get used only a few times a year compared to the fore and aft sails. From offering standard sizes we can give you a sail that’s of high quality and an affordable essential to your cruising sail wardrobe.
All our sails are Fully Tri Radial in design
All built from either SK90 ( 0.9oz) for the smaller options and Maxilite 150 (1.5oz) for the Medium to Large sails
We offer a single colour option or a 2 colour option with a single Star design.
